Once you're approved, we'll schedule your move-in date. On the day, you'll receive a welcome package with keys and WiFi info. Every apartment is professionally cleaned and fully furnished. Just bring your suitcase.

Your rent covers everything: fully furnished apartment, WiFi, utilities (electric, gas, water), and building amenities. There are no hidden fees, broker fees, or security deposits beyond the first month.
